The Department of Leisure Time and Organization of Events

Head of the department - Bayramov Mushfiq Jabir oghlu, doctor of philosophy in history, associate professor Bayramov Mushfiq Jabir oghlu - was born on December 10, 1976 in Vilvan village of Lankaran district. In 2004, he graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of History of Baku State University, and in 2006 with a master's degree in "Archaeology and Ethnography" specialization of Baku State University with honors. In May 2015, at the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, he defended his doctoral dissertation in historical sciences on the topic of "Medieval village-type settlements of Azerbaijan (early 9th-13th centuries)" and received a doctoral degree in history. Currently, he is continuing his research on the doctoral thesis on the topic "History of the Seljuk State" in the Doctor of Sciences program of specialization 5509.01- Historiography, source studies and research methods of history" at Baku State University. At Lankaran State University, he worked as a tutor, scientific secretary, teacher, head teacher, chairman of the Trade Union Committee of LSU, deputy dean for educational affairs of the Faculty of Humanities and History-Geography and Arts. Since January 18, 2024, he has been working as the head of the leisure time and event organization department. He is the author of 2 textbooks, five subject programs, more than 50 scientific articles and theses published in local and foreign (Turkey, Russia, Ukraine)) scientific journals. Zulfigarov Tahir Pasha oghlu

He was born on January 29, 1957 in the city of Lankaran. In 1974, he finished the 10th grade of railway secondary school number 34 of Imishli district. In 1979, he graduated from the History Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University named after S.M. Kirov, specialising in historian, history and community teacher. From 1979 to 1986, he was a history and community teacher at secondary school No. 3 in Lankaran city, in 1986-1987 he was the deputy director of education at that school, in 1987-1988 he was a school inspector in Lankaran City Education Department, In 1988-1999, he was the director of Lankaran city secondary school No. 3, in 1999-2003 he was the deputy director of training and education in Lankaran city No. 1 secondary school, in 2003-2016 he worked in the Lankaran City Executive Authority, first in the department of education, health and culture. Then he worked as a senior adviser and deputy head of the department - organizer of work with religious institutions in the department of socio-political and humanitarian affairs. He is a 1st grade civil servant.

In 1981-1984, he taught at the Lankaran Music Technical College, in 1999-2006 at the Lankaran State Humanitarian College as a second job, and as a teacher, deputy director, and director, he attended professional development courses at the Azerbaijan Teachers' Institute.

He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2003, he is a reserve officer, he is married, he has 2 children.

Sadigova Banuchichek Muharram gizi

She was born on April 20, 1993. In 1999-2011, she studied at secondary school No. 45 in Narimanov district of Baku city. In 2015, she graduated from the Faculty of Directing of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. During that period, she was one of the actors of the children's show "Korpam" on the Culture channel under Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC for 1 year.

In 2015, she received a master's degree in "Cultural history and theory" at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.

In 2016-2022, she worked as the director of Mashtagha Cultural Center named after Hajiaga Abbasov and the director of the People's Theater in Baku, and at the same time she worked as the head of the drama club there. From January 2022, she started working as a director at "Bir Sehne Produsser Center" in Baku, at the same time, she worked as a drama artist with 11 degrees of Lankaran State Drama Theater from 01.02.2022, and then as a theater artist.

Since February 2023, B. Sadigova has been working as a "Leisure time management specialist" at Lankaran State University, and at the same time, since the 2023-2024 academic year, she has been working as a teacher at the department of "Pedagogy, psychology and art" of that university.

Eminov Nazim Jahandar oghlu

He was born on February 19, 1959. In 1966-1976, he studied at secondary school No. 2 in Lankaran city. In 1980, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute, specialising in "General technical subjects and labor". From 1979 to 1986, he was a history and community teacher at Lankaran city secondary school No. 3, in 1986-1987 he was the deputy director of education at that school, in 1987-1988 he was a school inspector in Lankaran City Education Department, 1981- In 1986, he worked as a teacher in Lankaran district, Shuryuk village secondary school, in 1986-2011 as a methodologist in Lankaran city education department, in 2011-2017 as director of Lankaran Vocational High School, in 2017 as head of Teaching Experience Base at Lankaran State University. Since 2020, he has been working as a leading specialist in the organization of leisure work at Lankaran State University. From 2008 to 2011, he was the secretary in charge of the document acceptance commission of Lankaran city of the Central Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2001, is married, has 2 children.

Mammadov Zaur Mais oghlu

He was born on May 10, 1977 in the village of Shilavar, Lankaran region. In 1983-1993, he studied at full secondary school No. 5 of Lankaran city. In 1999, he graduated from the economics faculty of Lankaran Agricultural Technical College, and in 2021, he graduated from the Azerbaijan Academy of Physical Education and Sports. In 2000-2006, he worked in the national Sambo team of the city of Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation "Ural". From 2007 to 2017, he worked as a security guard in the Inter-Regional Security Department of the General Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Since 2017, he has been working as a coach at Lankaran State University. Zaur Mammadov also works as a judo head coach at the Lankaran Olympic Sports Complex, and as a head coach for Mixed Martial Arts in two federations.

Zaur Mammadov is the winner of many competitions. In 1994, he was the second of the Republic in freestyle wrestling, and in 1996, he was the champion of the Republic. In 2008, he won the title of world champion at the World Championship of Mixed Martial Arts held in Ukraine. In total, he was the world champion 7 times, the European champion 4 times, the winner of various international competitions 18 times, and the republic champion 22 times. In 2023, Azerbaijan took the 3rd place in the Republican competition for master judo fighters (in the weight class of 81 kg).

Ibadzade Sara daughter of Abulfat

Sara Ibadzade, daughter of Abulfat, was born on August 29, 2003, in the village of Ercivan, Astara region. She attended the N. Karimov Secondary School No. 3 in Ercivan from 2010 to 2021. Between 2013 and 2020, she received music education specializing in forte-piano at the Astara Children's Music School.

In 2021, Sara enrolled in the Lankaran State University's "Mathematics and Informatics Teaching" program through the open enrollment format. She is currently a third-year student.

She participated in the "Tecnovation for Azerbaijan" program, supported by the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan, aimed at developing ICT and Python programming skills among 15-21-year-old youths in the southern region. Her project, "Clothor," was awarded first place during the initial and subsequent "Incubation" phases of the program.

Sara also participated in the "Using Project-Based Learning (PBL) for career development of youth" training program, which aimed to enhance English language proficiency and understanding of PBL's application. She presented the "Zewastive" project and served as a mentor in the regions of Gence and Masalli from June to August 2023 after graduating.

During the fall semester of 2023-2024, Sara pursued education in "Web Programming" at the Code Academy in collaboration with Lankaran State University. Since 2023, she has been serving as the President of the Student Youth Organization (TGT) at Lankaran State University.

Starting from 2024, Sara holds the position of "Specialist in Youth Employment" at Lankaran State University.
