The selection round of the artistic creativity competition-festival dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the birth of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, jointly organized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Free Trade Union of Education Workers of Azerbaijan, was held at Lankaran State University.

Students representing Lankaran State University participated in the selection round of the competition with 15 numbers. The participants performed on various musical instruments, sang musical pieces, songs and poems.

It should be noted that People's Artist Gulyanag Mammadova, who was included in the jury of the competition, participated in the selection round at LSU. The jury consisting of representatives of the Free Trade Union of Education Workers of Azerbaijan approved most of the presented numbers.
