Adilakhanım Samadli Shamil was born in 2002 in the city of Lankaran. She completed her secondary education at the Foreign Languages Specialized Gymnasium in Lankaran in 2019. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2023, she pursued her higher education at Lankaran State University, specializing in Translator (English language). Since September 8, 2025, she has been employed as a Specialist in Projects and Documentation at Lankaran State University.
