Ilgar Isazada was admitted to Lankaran State University in 2016 with a high entrance score to study Tourism and Hospitality Management. He successfully completed his Bachelor’s degree in 2020 and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Tourism and Socio-Cultural Service Management in 2022. Throughout his academic years, he combined strong theoretical knowledge with practical experience in the hospitality sector, particularly focusing on service quality, tourism management, and guest relations.

Even before completing his undergraduate studies, he officially began his professional career in the tourism and hospitality industry. In addition to his operational expertise, he has held managerial positions (acting) for nearly three years, demonstrating strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills at a young age.

Since September 2025, he has been serving at the International Cooperation Department of Lankaran State University as a Specialist for Foreign Relations and International Organizations. In this capacity, he plays an active role in developing and maintaining international partnerships, facilitating cooperation with global institutions, and supporting the university’s participation in international projects and academic networks.

Ilgar Isazada is deeply interested in international collaboration in higher education and continuously strives for professional growth in the fields of tourism management, intercultural communication, and institutional relations.
