Ulkar Farzaliyeva - Head of Student Scientific Society at Lankaran State University

She was born on July 27, 1992 in the village Mogonojoba, Lankaran. In 1998, she went to the first grade of secondary school in the village Shuryuk and finished her education success fully in 2009. In 2009, she was admitted to the specialty"Mathematics and Informatics Teaching" at Lankaran State University, in 2013 she graduated with a bachelor's degree, and in 2013-2015 she studied at the specialization"Mathematical Analysis" of the master's of Lankaran State University. In 2018, she was admitted to the doctoral program of the specialty "Computer Science"in Doctor of Philosophy at Lankaran State University. In 2014-2017, she worked as a methodist-teacher at Lankaran State Humanitarian College. Currently, she works as a teacher at the department"Mathematics and Informatics" of the University. She is the author of 13 published scientific articles and theses related to his scientific work.

Barat Mirzazada- Head of the Student Scientific Society in the Faculty “Economics and Management”

Barat Ismayil oglu Mirzazada was born on 14 August 1999 in Viyan village, Lankaran, Azerbaijan. He completed his secondary education at Viyan Village Secondary School between 2005 and 2016.

In 2016, he was admitted to the Bachelor's degree programme in Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Lankaran State University, graduating in 2020. In the same year, he was admitted to the Master's degree programme in Management in Public Institutions at Baku Engineering University, where he graduated with distinction in 2022.

He began his professional career in September 2022 as a tutor at the Centre for Teaching Organisation and Learning Technologies at Lankaran State University. In January 2023, he joined the Quality Assurance Department as a tutor. Since September 2023, he has been serving as a full-time lecturer at the Department of Economics and Innovative Management at Lankaran State University.

He has participated in various training programmes and academic conferences and has received certificates in recognition of his participation. He is the author of six academic conference abstracts and articles.

His teaching responsibilities include the following subjects: Management, Introduction to Economics, Theory of Public Administration, Digital Economy, History of Economic Thought, Environmental Economics, and Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Introduction to Business, among others.

Galib Amanov - Head of the Student Scientific Society in the Faculty "History, Geography and Art"

He was born on September 17, 1975 in the village of Nuju, Lerik . In 2003, he graduated from Lankaran State University with a bachelor's degree in the specialty "Geography", and in 2005, he graduated from the master's degree in the specialization "Economic and social geography" with honors. In 2005, he worked as a junior researcher, researcher, and deputy dean at Lankaran State University. Currently, he works as a teacher of the "Geography and its methodology". Since 2011, he has been a doctoral student at the Institute of Geography named after H.A. Aliyev of ANAS. He is a veteran of the Karabakh war.

Shafa Agazada- Head of Student scientific Society on the faculty “Philology and primary education”

She was born on July 17, 1996, in the village of Veravul in the Lankaran district. In 2014, she was admitted to the Translation Department at Lankaran State University. In 2018, she graduated from Lankaran State University.From 2020 to 2022, she successfully completed her master’s studies in "Teaching Methodology and Methodology of Foreign Languages" at Lankaran State University. In 2019, she worked as an English language teacher at Lankaran Medical College. In 2022, she worked as an English teacher at the Social and Agro-Technological College under Lankaran State University. Since September 2022, she has been working as a teacher at Lankaran State University.

Arzu Nuruzade- Head of the Student scientific Society in the Faculty of “Agriculture and Engineering”

Arzu Ali Nuruzade was born on 04.05.1996 in the city of Lankaran. In 2013, after graduating from the Secondary School named after R. Badalov, number 9 in Lankaran City, in 2013-2017 she graduated from Lankaran State University with a bachelor's degree in "Teaching Mathematics and Informatics " at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, in 2019-2021 she graduated from her master level in the same faculty on the speciality “Methodics and methodology of teaching informatics”. Since 2016, she has worked in various positions at Lankaran State University. Since 2021, she has been working as a teacher at the department of "Technology and technical sciences" at Lankaran State University. She has authored 3 scientific articles and theses, participated in various competitions and trainings organized at various national and international areas.

Mahammadali Tagiyev – Head of the Student scientific Society in the Faculty of “Veterinary”

Mahammadali Tagiyev was born on June 24, 2004, in Mahmudavar village of the Masallı district. He studied at Mahmudavar Village Secondary School in Masallı and graduated in 2021.

In the same year, he was admitted to Lankaran State University and began his higher education in the specialty of Zooengineering. Later, in 2025, he was admitted to the master’s degree program in “Veterinary Sanitary Expertise” at Lankaran State University and is currently a first-year master’s student.

Gunay Mammadova- Chair of the Faculty of Natural Sciences

Gunay Gulu Mammadova was born on December 29, 1991, in Qakh District, Azerbaijan. In 1998, she entered the 1st grade at Secondary School-Lyceum No. 2 named after N. Allahverdiyev in Qakh and graduated in 2009.

In the same year, she was admitted to the History and Geography Teaching program at the Zagatala Branch of Azerbaijan State Teachers Institute and successfully completed her bachelor’s degree in 2013.

İn 2014, she enrolled in the Master’s degree program in Physical Geography of Azerbaijan at Lankaran State University and graduated with distinction in 2016. Between 2017 and 2021, she worked as a Geography teacher at Pashan Village Secondary School in Zagatala.

By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 12, 2025, Gunay Gulu Mammadova was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geography.

Since September 16, 2021, she has been working as a full-time lecturer at the Department of Biology and Ecology at Lankaran State University. She is the author of 22 scientific publications, including 11 articles and 11 conference papers.
