In general, Lankaran State University has created important conditions for students' education. Lankaran State University has representative bodies that are guided by requirements. The chairman and members of these institutions participate in the Scientific Council held at Lankaran State University.

The main goal of the Student Youth Organization is to represent and defend the interests of students and each individual student in the direction of the implementation of the state youth policy. It is to ensure the active participation of demands in the socio-political, cultural, social and economic life of the Republic. The Student Youth Organization has a chairman and members consisting of students. Our students participated in the training and mentoring program, implemented with the support of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan and organized for 15-21-year-old youth of the Southern region, designed to develop the ICT and programming language (Python) skills of young people and apply the acquired skills. At the same time, they participated in the "Clothor" project of the "Tecnovation for Azerbaijan" project, both the initial stage and the first "Incubation" stage for the southern region, and the chairman was awarded the first place. They participated in the "Using Project based Learning (PBL) for career development of youth" training program, which teaches young people how to develop their English language and how PBL works in English. The main tasks of the Student Youth Organization are as follows:
• Implementation of work towards the solution of students' social problems;
• Educational work among students;
• Effective organization of students' free time;
• Ensuring students' rights;
• Ensuring the participation of talented and creative students in competitions, Olympiads, exhibitions, festivals held inside and outside the republic;
• Implementation of preventive measures against drug addiction, alcoholism, crime, immorality and other negative trends among students;
• Organization of competitions, seminars, festivals, forums, meetings, exhibitions, actions, round tables, scientific conferences, training courses, mass propaganda companies, discussion clubs, discussions, symposia, meetings with eminent persons with the participation of students;
• Publication of newspapers and magazines for the purpose of conveying information about the events related to students and young people, as well as the events taking place in the social-political, socio-economic and cultural life of the republic;
• Organization of associations, studios, clubs, courses, services to ensure students' interests and tendencies, intellectual development.
• Submitting issues to the Scientific Council for the study of students' problems and making appropriate decisions, raising complaints before the management of higher and secondary education institutions;
• Receiving information from the relevant departments and faculties about the number of students studying, their attendance, discipline, provision of accommodation;
• Implementation of other duties not prohibited by legislation.
The Student Colleagues Union shows activity with a chairman and members consisting of active and exemplary students. Eighteen students are included in this team. Joint resolution of issues of improving the quality of student life, allowing students to actively participate in the improvement of life at the university, using its opportunities for development and self-realization, legal assistance and education, financial assistance, health care of students, organization of sports events, all entertainment events, as well as visits to theaters, museums, helps to carry out cultural activities, including trips to cinemas and concerts. The Student Union holds meetings, organizes new events, and participates in volunteering youth visits to orphanages, helping to organize work with guests during various conferences and Olympiads, as well as volunteering in many other areas.
The Student Scientific Society at Lankaran State University has drawn up a new charter since 2018 and continues its activities again. The structure of the Student Scientific Society of Lankaran State University consists of the general chairman of Lankaran State University and the chairs of faculties.
Participates in scientific conferences held in 2019-2024. The members of the Student Scientific Society were awarded with a certificate of appreciation for their scientific innovation, results and research in their thesis. In other academic years, based on the implementation plan of the Student Scientific Society of Lankaran State University regarding the encouragement and close involvement of students in scientific research work, seminars were held in 5 faculties of the University and students who excelled in scientific research work were awarded with a certificate.
It should be noted that the 2021 faculty seminars were held online in accordance with the requirements of the Pandemic period.
The topics of the seminars held in accordance with the activity plan held in each academic year are as follows:
1. Presentation seminar on the activities of the Student Scientific Society of Lankaran State University
2. Seminar on "Development of the program or calendar plan of scientific research work, selection of relevant literature sources and rules for their use"
3. Seminar on "Forms of conducting scientific research in the relevant direction, process of analyzing research results".
4. "Interpretation of the results and preparation of the report after scientific research" seminar
5. Seminar on "Rules for preparation and effective presentation of articles, scientific theses".
6. Seminar "Working on theses to present to the II scientific conference of LSU Student Scientific Society, listening to theses, listening to speakers within the association, eliminating shortcomings"

8. "Acceptance and general evaluation of students' report on the implementation of the calendar plan of student scientific research work" seminar.

The WORK PLAN of the Student Scientific Society of Lankaran State University for 2023 is organized as follows:
• The Student Scientific Society members have started work on approved scientific-methodical topics. During the year, active working conditions were created among the students conducting scientific work on the Student Scientific Society line.
• Students' scientific seminars were held through The Student Scientific Society.
• During the year, 15 students were involved in scientific-research works related to the taught specialization subjects with the support of the heads of the department, The Student Scientific Society chairpersons of the Faculty and scientific supervisors. The practical application of these works was organized in production and pedagogical experiments, laboratory exercises.
• During the year, information and reports were given to the university scientific council about the progress of work with the participation of The Student Scientific Society chairmen, scientific leaders and requests.
• Students who are members of The Student Scientific Society participated in interuniversity Olympiads and student scientific conferences.
• In our republic, topics related to public education, economic development, increasing the scientific potential of young people have been investigated through the Student Scientific Society line.
