Brief history of its creation and development

"Financial management and audit" department operates according to the order of Lankaran State University Rector No. 1/83 dated September 28, 2018.

"Financial management and audit" department is the main educational and scientific structure department of Lankaran State University, it carries out teaching, methodical, scientific-research, scientific-pedagogical and scientific staff training and education among students in several related disciplines.

"Financial management and audit" department continues scientific research on "current problems and main directions of development of the regional financial services sector" in the direction of "Economy" in parallel with the training of qualified personnel in finance and accounting.

Candidate of economic sciences, associate professor Badalov Alikhan Mehman oglu

Badalov Alikhan Mehman oglu was born in 1967 in the village of Shağlakucha of Lankaran region in an intellectual family. He graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Economics of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy, majoring in "Economic Activity Analysis". In 1992-1998, Lankaran worked as an accountant, senior accountant and chief accountant in "Agrokoop" Tadaruk Trade Union. In 1998-2001, he worked as an hourly teacher, 1.0 full-time teacher, and since 2002 as a full-time senior teacher at LSU.

In 1999-2001, he worked as the deputy head of the "Economics and Management" department, and in 2001-2005, he worked as the deputy dean of the Faculty of Economics. On June 8, 2007, he defended his thesis on "Directions for improving the organization of regional transport service and increasing its efficiency (on the example of Lankaran region)" in the specialty "Economics and management of the national economy (regional economy)" and received the degree of candidate of economic sciences.

In 2008-2012, he served as the dean at the Faculty of Economics and Management. Since 2014, he has been given the title of docent by the decision of the AAK under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2015-2016, he served as the head of the "Economics and Agrotechnology" department. In 2016-2018, he worked as a full-time associate professor at the "Finance, accounting and audit" department. In 2018, he worked as a full-time associate professor at the "Financial management and audit" department. From November 26, 2018, he was appointed as the head of the "Financial management and audit" department. He is a doctoral student of ANAS Institute of Economics. The results of his scientific research were reflected in scientific works published in the republic and abroad. During the period of his work, he is the author of more than 100 scientific works published in the republic and abroad, including 20 subject programs, 3 methodological instructions and 3 teaching aids.

Aliyeva Gulbeniz Tofiq gizi was born on August 26, 1967 in Baku. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the Azerbaijan Oil and Chemical Institute (now the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University) with honors. In 1995, he defended his candidate's thesis on the specialty "Economics, planning and management of the economy and its branches". From that year, he worked as a senior researcher in the "Entrepreneurship and antimonopoly" department of the Institute of Economics of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences. From 01.09.2001, he worked as a teacher of the "International economic relations" department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, from 01.09.2003 as a senior teacher of that department, from 05.27.2005 as an associate professor of that department. During the years 2009-2014, he worked as the deputy dean of the part-time department of the "International economic relations" faculty. Since 2016, he has worked as an associate professor of the "International Economy" department of UNEC. In 2017, he was elected as the head of the "Economics and Marketing" department of Lankaran State University. Since 2018, he is the dean of the "Economics and Management" faculty. He completed his doctoral dissertation on "Problems of increasing the competitiveness of industry in modern conditions". From 2023, he was elected to the position of dean of the "Economics and Management" faculty for the second time. He also works as a 0.5 full-time associate professor in the "Financial management and audit" department. Currently, he is the author of about 100 theses and articles, 1 methodical manual, monograph, 5 programs and 1 book (World economy, translation) written on different areas of the economy.

Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, associate professor Mirzayev Natig Sarhad oghlu

Mirzayev Natig Sarhad oghlu was born on August 25, 1971 in the village of Girdeni, Lankaran region. He graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K. A. Timiryazev, majoring in "Economy, organization and management of ASK fields", and received the qualification of economist-organizer. On January 21, 1995, he was appointed to the position of chief laboratory assistant at the "Economy, Agriculture and Technology" department of Lankaran State University. He has worked as a teacher since the 1995/1996 academic year. On April 24, 2015, he successfully defended his dissertation on "Increasing the role of entrepreneurial subjects in the development of grain farming" and received a PhD in economics. His articles were published in scientific journals of Russia, Poland, Turkey, Belarus, and Ukraine. He is the co-author of the textbooks "Financial Management" and "Business Ethics and Social Responsibility". Since September 9, 2016, he has been the head of the "Finance, accounting and audit" department of Lankaran State University. On April 18, 2018, the title of associate professor was approved by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From February 9, 2017, he was appointed as the head of the "Finance, accounting and audit" department. According to the Rector's order No. 1/83 on LSU dated September 28, 2018, the "Finance, accounting and audit" department at the Faculty of Economics and Management was canceled, and since 2018, he has been working as a 1.0 full-time associate professor at the "Financial Management and Audit" department. has shown. Guliyev Ulvi Farman oglu was born on January 15, 1982 in the city of Lankaran. In 2003, he graduated from the "General Economics" faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, majoring in "International Economic Relations". In 2005, he received a master's degree with honors in "Economy and management of production and service sectors" from Lankaran State University. Taghizadeh Sariyeh Jafar gizi was born on November 15, 1962 in the city of Baku. Huseynli Nuran Miraqil oglu was born in Lankaran city in 1986. In 2010, he graduated from the "Finance and credit" specialty of the Cooperative University, and in 2015, he graduated from the "MBA Marketing" specialty of the University of Economics. From 2010 to 2017, he worked as a computer operator at the Lankaran branch of the "Respublika Taun tani" station named after Sh. Imamaliyev. Safarova Ceyran Zabigizi was born on September 18, 1966 in the village of Kholmili, Lankaran region, in an intellectual family. In 1973-1983, he studied at the secondary school of Kholmili village, Lankaran region. In 1985, he entered the Faculty of Trade Economics of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy and graduated from that specialty in 1990. He worked as an inspector, economist-accountant in the department of Mixed Goods Trade of Lankaran city. From 01.03.1994 to 29.06.2018, he worked as chief accountant in Lankaran Zonal Veterinary Laboratory. In 2020, he worked as a chief accountant at the Lankaran City Greening Enterprise, and as a chief accountant at the Lankaran Regional Agrochemical Laboratory from 25.07.2020 to 03.12.2021. Farajzade Rashad Mubariz oglu was born on 21.09.1995 in the city of Lankaran. In 2001-2012, he studied at Lankaran City High School No. 6.
