Elvin Arkan oglu Aliyev

He was born on 01.01.1989 in Astara.

Since 2016, he has worked as the Scientific Secretary, Head of the Science Department, Head of the Department of Lankaran State University, and since 2019, he has been working as the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation. Also, since 2017, he has been working as associate professor at the "Biology and Ecology" department of Lankaran State University, as well as teaching "Biochemistry and molecular biology", "Human biology", "Human anatomy" classes at the department.
