Guliyev Allahshukur Azizaga was born on June 27, 1990 in the village of Godasa, Lankaran.
On June 6, 2016, it started working at Lankaran State University. He worked as the head of the "Department of Work with Graduates and Organization of Experiences", then he was transferred to the position of head of the "Human Resources and Clerical Department". He was appointed as the Scientific Secretary of the University on January 1, 2019. Since January 7, 2024, he has been working as the Chief Scientific Secretary (Chief of Staff) of the University. He also performs the duties of the secretary of the Scientific Council of the University and the "Scientific and Methodical Council". 0.5 full-time associate professor of "Mathematics and Informatics" department.
