Jafarov Mayis was born on May 22, 1968 in Veladi village of Lankaran region. Since 1999, Lankaran State University has been working at the department of "History and its Teaching Methodology" and Numismatics, History of Azerbaijan, Use of ICT in Museum Work (Elective Subject), Attribution and Expertise of Museum Objects (Elective Subject), AMTMOF (Modern Development Directions of Museum Studies) , Cultural heritage, AMTMOF (The role of auxiliary history subjects in the teaching of history classes), Use of ICT in museum work (Elective) subjects.
