Babayeva Ulker Allahyar was born in 1992, in Turkekaran, Lankaran district in an educated family. In 2009, she graduated from Lankaran city secondary school No. 7 and entered "Teaching Geography" specialty of Lankaran State University. In 2013, he completed his bachelor's degree, and in the same year, she ehntered master's level of "Physical Geography of Azerbaijan" specialization of Lankaran State University. In 2016, he completed his master's degree, and in the same year, entered doctoral level of Lankaran State University specializing in "Geoecology" and in 2024, she got the degree of Doctor of Philosophy on Geography. During her studies, she worked as a laboratory assistant of the "History and its teaching methodology" department, then as a specialist in science and research affairs, and later as a senior specialist of the Department of Science and Research Affairs. Currently, she is the head of the Science and Research Affairs Department of Lankaran State University. She is also a lecturer in “Geography and its teaching methodology” department and She is the author of 22 scientific works.

In 2018, she enteredto master's level of the "Accounting and Audit in the Service Sphere" specialization of Lankaran State University, and in 2020, she completed her master's education with honors. In 2022, she entered to the doctoral program at the Lankaran State University, majoring in "Domestic fiscal policy and public finance". She is the author of a number of scientific works related to the field of her specialization. Since 2016, she has worked as an accountant and leading accountant in the "Finance and Accounting Department" of Lankaran State University, and as a specialist in the "Information-Communication and Library Center". At present, she works as a specialist on doctoral and dissertation studies at the Department of Science and Research Affairs of Lankaran State University. She is married and has one child.

Mastiyeva Aysel Bafaddin was born on February 1, 1996 in Masalli. In 2013, he graduated from secondary school No. 2 in Boradigah, Masalli, and entered "Translation (in English)" specialty of Lankaran State University. In 2018, she entered master's level of Lankaran State University specializing in "Methodology and Methodology of Foreign Language Teaching (English)" and graduated in 2020.
At present, she works as a specialist on documentation for publication of articles at the Department of Science and Research Affairs of Lankaran State University.
