He was born on April 29, 1975 in Lankaran.
He graduated from Lankaran State University in the specialty of Mathematician and Mathematics Teacher in 1997. From 1998 he started to work as a mathematician-programmer at Lankaran State University and as the head of the Center for Educational Technologies and Information Technologies, as well as a senior lecturer at the Department of Information Technologies of LSU until 2005. From April 2005, he held various responsible positions at Bank Standard CSJC.
Since October 2016, he works as the manager of the “Electronic University” project at the Information-Communication and Library Center and as a senior lecturer at the Department of Technology and Technical Subjects. He teaches the following subjects:
